Silver ring with blue sapphire, found on Main Street

Found this silver ring this afternoon around 4:15pm outside the old Chillicothe courthouse on Market Street, near the crosswalk by the Farmers Market entrance. It’s a slim 4mm sterling silver band with a tiny blue sapphire bezel-set in the center. The ring shows light wear and a couple faint scratches, but it’s clean and in good shape overall. Inside the band there’s a small engraving that reads 'KB.' If this might be yours, I hope this helps you identify it and we can figure out a quick handoff.
