Found black portable charger near a bench in Bidwell Park, Chico.

I found a black portable charger while walking my dog near Bidwell Park in Chico yesterday. It was just sitting on a bench and looked brand new, so I decided to take it home. I'm hoping to reunite it with its owner since I know how important these chargers can be!
