I found a white medical alert bracelet with a blue silicone strap this afternoon around 2:15pm near the Chautauqua Market on West Lake Road. It's a small, lightweight piece with a metal plate stamped 'Sophie Kim' and a tiny red medical symbol. The strap has a few scuffs from daily wear, and the inside plate shows faint scratch marks where someone might have tried to read the info. I tucked it into a small pouch I carry in case the owner wanders by the market, hoping to reunite them. I imagine the owner is anxious to get it back since it carries important health info.
