Keys with red tag and car fob

Found a set of keys this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Chautauqua Bookstore on Main Street, near the Gazebo. There’s a brass house key, a dark gray car key with a small rectangular fob, and a bright red silicone tag that says HOME in white letters. A tiny silver dog charm dangles from the ring, and there’s a compact flashlight clipped on as well. The whole bunch looks a little worn, with a few scratches on the brass key and the red tag slightly faded. If these belong to someone, I’m happy to return them—let me know a good meetup spot near the Bookstore.
