Found a pair of blue Nike swim trunks near a park bench by the Tennessee River in Chattanooga.

I found a pair of blue Nike swim trunks while jogging along the Tennessee River in Chattanooga. They were laying by a park bench close to the water. They seem almost new and there's no other identification on them. If they belong to someone, I'd love to return them!
