Found brown and white dog with blue collar
I found a dog this morning around 7:30am near the Downtown Mall on Market Street, Charlottesville. It's a medium-sized, brown-and-white mixed-breed with a bright blue collar and a small heart-shaped white patch on its chest. The dog has a tiny notch in the right ear and a friendly, well-groomed look; it seemed well cared for and wagged at me as I approached. If this is your dog, email me at [email protected] with a description to confirm; I’d love to help get it back home.
Lost silver ring with a stunning blue stone found near the downtown mall in Charlottesville.
I lost my beautiful silver ring that has a stunning blue stone in the middle while walking my dog around the downtown mall in Charlottesville. I last remember seeing it when I stopped to tie my dog's leash. It's quite special to me, and I'm really hoping someone finds it. If you happen to see it, please reach out!
Found a black leather briefcase containing papers at McIntire Park, Charlottesville.
I found a black leather briefcase while walking my dog in McIntire Park yesterday afternoon. It looks expensive and contains some papers that have a name on them, but I haven't looked through anything else inside. If it's yours, please get in touch so I can return it to you.
Found a set of six screwdrivers in a blue case at Jones Park near a bench.
I found a set of six screwdrivers in a blue case at Jones Park in Charlottesville. I was taking a walk with my dog and spotted it sitting near a bench. It looks like it might be a mechanic's toolset, and it's quite well made. If you think they belong to you, please describe the set to claim it.
Lost silver ring with a small blue stone in McIntire Park, Charlottesville.
I lost my silver ring with a small blue stone while walking my dog in McIntire Park in Charlottesville. It must have slipped off my finger as I was playing fetch with him. I really loved this ring, and it has sentimental value to me, so I'm hoping someone might have found it and can return it.
Lost leashes near UVa Rotunda, Charlottesville
I lost my two leashes at 3:25 p.m. on Saturday, near the UVa Rotunda and the Corner, while I was walking my dogs along University Avenue. One leash slipped from my hand, the other tangled on a bench as the crowd moved past. I called their names, but the bustle swallowed my voice. I keep replaying the moment in my head and I’m anxious about them wandering the Downtown Mall on their own. It feels like a tiny piece of me is missing, and I hope someone who finds them will bring them back to me through this post.
