Found black leather wallet containing credit cards and cash at Freedom Park in Charlotte.

I found a black leather wallet while walking my dog at Freedom Park in Charlotte. It looked like it had been sitting on the bench for a while and was a bit dusty. Inside, there were credit cards and some cash. If you can identify the bank and a valid ID that's in there, I’d be happy to return it to you!
