I lost a small blue binder filled with stamps while I was at the Charleston Town Center area near the food court around 1:15 pm last Friday. The binder holds a mix of vintage US issues and a few German commemoratives, all kept in a well-worn binder with a white cover. They’re important to me because they remind me of my grandmother's letters and the stamps she loved to collect.
