Black velvet evening gown with beading

I lost my black velvet evening gown yesterday around 3pm near the CMU Library on Main Street in Mount Pleasant, Central Michigan. It's a floor-length gown, size medium, with subtle silver beading along the neckline and a small tear at the left hem from catching on a railing. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother, and I wore it to a fundraiser on campus. The gown also has a tiny silver star brooch pinned to the left shoulder strap and a faint coffee stain near the hem for easy identification. I left it hanging on a chair in the hallway outside the lecture hall near the campus bookstore, and I really need it back.
