Found paperback hiking guide in Catskills

I found a paperback hiking guide this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Phoenicia Diner on Main Street. It's a softcover, about 320 pages, with a blue-green cover and a faded lighthouse illustration. Inside there are yellow highlighter marks on pages 42 and 109, and a pink ribbon bookmark peeking out, with a pressed maple leaf tucked in near page 72. This one looks well-loved and probably means a lot to someone; I’d really like to get it back to its owner.
