14k white gold ring with sapphire

Yesterday around 3pm I was strolling along MacMillan Wharf in Provincetown near the Pilgrim Monument when I must have lost my ring. It's a delicate 14k white gold ring with a single oval sapphire bezel-set; the band is slim, about 3mm, and there's a tiny scratch on the outer edge near the 2 o'clock position. Inside the band, there's an engraving 'A.L.' I really value this piece—it was a gift from my grandmother, and it feels like a piece of her with me. If anyone found it, I’d be forever grateful to get it back.
