I found a small, dark red leather-bound coin album yesterday around 4pm, tucked behind a bench near the Cambridge Public Library's main entrance on Broadway, Cambridge, MA. It's about 8 by 6 inches, in nice condition with a slightly worn spine stamped 'Heritage Coin Co.' and a few mint marks along the edge. The pages show a neat collection of coins—silver and copper—about 24 slots filled, with dates from the 1950s in some cases; inside the front cover there's a pressed lavender flower and a handwritten note that says 'To Granddad.' It clearly has sentimental value, and I hope to reunite it with its owner if possible.
