Found a beautiful gold heart-shaped locket with a glass compartment near the corner of Sydney and Albert streets in Brunswick.
I found a beautiful gold locket in the park near the corner of Sydney and Albert streets in Brunswick. It has a delicate heart design engraved on the front and a small but clear glass compartment inside, presumably for a photo. If this sounds like yours, please reach out to verify some details.
Gold-tone wristwatch with leather strap, engraved initials
Yesterday around 4pm I lost my gold-tone Fossil wristwatch with a brown leather strap. It has a small dent on the right side of the case and one corner of the glass is a tad scratched. The back is engraved with the initials 'PK' and a tiny heart symbol, which I added when I got it as a gift. I last saw it outside the Brunswick Station cafe on Main Street, near the corner with Oak Lane, right by the bus stop. It really means a lot to me—my grandmother gave it to me, and I’m hoping to get it back!
Vintage brass pocket watch with engravings
I lost my vintage brass pocket watch yesterday around 4pm near the Brunswick Antique Market on Grant Street. It's about 2 inches across, brass with a worn black leather fob, and the glass has a tiny crack at the 3 o'clock mark. The back is engraved with the initials 'J.N.' and a small flower motif, and it sits in a creased brown leather pouch that came with it. This watch has sat on my grandmother's dresser for decades and was a gift from my grandfather; it means more to me than I can say. If anyone found it, I would really appreciate getting it back and I'm happy to come to Brunswick to pick it up or arrange a meetup near the library steps.
Found terrariums near Brunswick Riverwalk
I found a small set of terrariums sitting on a bench along the Brunswick Riverwalk near the Ritz Theatre around 4:20 pm on Saturday. Each glass container hosts tiny succulents and a few seashells collected from the nearby shore, with little painted pebbles at the bottom. I wiped them gently and left them on the bench so the owner could spot them easily when they return for a stroll. It feels nice to think these little ecosystems belong to someone who cares for tiny life as I do. If these are yours, please let the site know to arrange pickup.
