Found black canvas backpack with patches near a bus stop in Broward County, Florida.

I found a black canvas backpack near a bus stop in Broward County. It has various patches sewn on it, including one of a popular cartoon character and another of a band logo. It seems to have some personal belongings inside, but I'm unsure if they hold much value. I'm hoping to return it to its owner.
