Found black rucksack with hiking gear near Brighton Beach promenade.

I found a black rucksack while walking my dog along the Brighton Beach promenade. It looks like it belongs to a hiker, and it had some gear inside that seemed to suggest it was left there in a hurry. I would love to return it to its rightful owner as soon as possible!
