Found bright blue dog collar with silver ID tag and paw print designs near Bowling Green park.

Description

I found a bright blue dog collar with a silver ID tag attached while walking in the park near Bowling Green. It looks fairly new and has some lovely paw print designs on it. There’s a phone number on the tag but unfortunately, it seems a bit scratched. I believe it might belong to someone in the area, so I'm hoping to return it to its owner.
