I lost my tan-and-white beagle mix named Baxter yesterday around 3pm. We were near the Boston Public Garden's Arlington Street entrance when a cyclist startled him and he bolted toward Commonwealth Avenue. He's about 25 pounds, with a tan and white coat, a heart-shaped white patch on his chest, and a tiny scar on his left hind leg. He wears a blue reflective collar with a silver tag that reads 'Baxter' and a small red heart tag. This dog is basically family to me, and I really need him back.

I lost my blue hardcover travel guide to Boston yesterday around 3pm near the Boston Public Library in Copley Square. It's a sturdy 5x8 inch book with a slightly scuffed blue cloth cover and the title 'Boston Walks' in white letters. Inside there are color maps, a few dog-eared pages, and a yellow sticky note with a small lobster doodle. It has sentimental value because I was planning a weekend self-guided tour of the city, and I drew little notes for each stop. I lost a stunning hand-painted ceramic vase while walking my dog near Boston Public Garden. It has a unique pattern of blue and yellow flowers and was a gift from my grandmother, so it holds sentimental value. I last remember having it when I stopped to take some pictures by the fountain, but when I got home, it was gone. If anyone has found it, I would really appreciate it back!
