Lost silver ring with an oval blue gemstone near the lookout point while hiking in Boone.

I lost a beautiful silver ring with an oval blue gemstone while hiking in Boone last Saturday. I think it must have slipped off my finger near the lookout point. I’m heartbroken and would love to get it back as it has sentimental value for me.
