Found a black Herschel tote with a red faux-leather bottom outside Mast General Store on Main Street in Boone this afternoon around 2:15pm. It's about 14x12 inches, rugged black canvas with a front zipper pocket and a small Herschel badge. Inside there’s a blue umbrella, a gray hoodie sleeve, and a spiral notebook with an Appalachian State University sticker, plus a circular leather patch with the initials 'J.L.'.
