I found this wall art near Uptown Normal this morning around 11:15 a.m. It’s a framed print, about 18 by 24 inches, with an abstract design that pops in blues and gold. I spotted it on the sidewalk by the Normal Theater while I was heading toward the College Ave district. It looked recently dropped and not weathered, so I figured someone’s been missing it already.
