I found a lovely ceramic vase with detailed floral patterns in the park by the city hall in Bloomington-Normal. It appears quite old but is in excellent condition. I believe it may belong to someone who was visiting the area recently or who might have left it behind by mistake. If you can describe the vase and identify yourself, I would be happy to return it.
