I found a blue passport this afternoon around 3:45pm near the Bloomington Public Library on Main Street. It's tucked inside a slim black leather sleeve, with a small coffee stain on the back cover and a tiny crease along the bottom edge. There are a few travel stamps visible in the pages, and there's a bright red sticker on the inner cover that is hard to miss.
