Missing man, 23, in Birmingham city centre

I lost my brother Jamie yesterday around 6pm. He's 23, about 5'9", with short dark hair and a light beard, last seen near the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham city centre, wearing a blue puffer jacket, charcoal jeans, white sneakers, and a grey beanie. He has a small compass tattoo on his left wrist and a faint scar above his right eyebrow; he walks with a slight limp from a recent ankle sprain. His phone's been off since last night and I'm really worried—this is not like him, and we just want him back safe.
