Description
I found a blue Giro cycling helmet this morning around 7:20am in the Court Street parking lot behind the Broome County Courthouse in downtown Binghamton. It's a size M, blue shell with a neon lime chin strap and a white Giro logo on the side. There’s a small scratch on the left shell near the front vent and a little sticker that says 'S-9' on the inside padding. It looks clean and lightly used, no visible dents.
