Hand-painted ceramic vase with blue floral motif

I lost my hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm. It's a small, 6-inch-tall piece with a glossy cobalt-blue glaze and delicate white floral patterns. There's a tiny hairline crack along the rim and a faint maker's mark on the bottom reading 'Bend Studio 12'. I was at the Bend Public Library on NW Wall St and walking near the Old Mill District when it disappeared from my tote, and I really hope someone picked it up. It’s sentimental—it was a gift from my grandmother, and I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back.
