Blue North Face fleece jacket, size M.

I'm hoping to find my blue North Face fleece jacket, size M, that I lost yesterday around 3pm. I was by the Old Mill District along the Deschutes River Trail, near the pedestrian bridge behind the shops, when I realized it was gone. It's a blue North Face fleece jacket with a small coffee stain on the hem and a tiny white paint speck on the left sleeve. It has sentimental value—it was a gift from my sister who passed away—and I'd be incredibly grateful if anyone who found it would reach out.
