Navy blue North Face backpack found near Sanford Center

I found a navy blue North Face backpack this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Sanford Center in Bemidji. It has bright red zipper pulls, a panda keychain on the front zipper, and a small coffee stain on the bottom pocket with an orange inner lining that’s seen better days. Inside, there’s a label that reads 'Alex Rivera' in black ink, and a well-worn notebook peeks out from the main compartment. It looked recently used and the contents seemed important, so I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner soon.
