Navy North Face parka with orange zipper pull

I found a navy blue North Face parka this morning around 9:15 behind the Mount Baker Theatre on Cornwall Ave in downtown Bellingham. It's a men's XL, in pretty good condition, with an eye-catching bright orange zipper pull. The outer shell is clean with no rips, though there's a tiny coffee stain on the cuff and a small snag near the hem. Inside the left pocket I found a crumpled gym card with the name 'Alex' written on it, which could help identify the owner.
