Lost small blue leather wallet with silver zipper near Fairhaven Park containing personal items and ID.

I lost my blue leather wallet near Fairhaven Park in Bellingham on October 10th. It's a small wallet with a silver zipper and has some personal items including a few receipts and my ID inside. If found, it would mean a lot to me to get it back.
