Blue North Face backpack with panda sticker

I found a blue North Face backpack this afternoon around 2:25 pm near the corner of Cornwall Ave and Railroad Ave in downtown Bellingham. It's in decent condition, with a bright orange rain cover tucked in the front pocket and a small panda sticker on the inside of the lid.
