Silver bracelet with Celtic knot and heart charm

I lost my silver bracelet yesterday around 3pm near City Hall on Donegall Square North, Belfast. It's a slim 6.5-inch bracelet with a delicate Celtic knot charm and a tiny heart charm engraved with the initials 'A.H.' I wear it most days, and it has huge sentimental value because it was a gift from my grandmother who passed away last year. It’s a bit tarnished on the back and the clasp can be a tad stiff, but otherwise in good condition—please let me know if you spot it.
