I found these holiday decorations this morning around 10:20 am near Belfast City Hall, tucked behind a flower planter on Donegall Square North. There’s a tinsel garland, a string of fairy lights, and a small glass bauble—dusty but intact. They looked like they’d been left behind after a community event, and I hoped the owner would see this and reclaim them.
