Lost gold ring with tiny sapphire near grocery store on 11th Street in Beaumont.

I accidentally lost my gold ring with a tiny sapphire while I was out running errands in Beaumont last Thursday. I think I might have dropped it near the grocery store on 11th Street. It's very special to me, so I'm hoping someone might have seen it or found it. It has a delicate design and isn't very heavy.
