Found blue budgie near Battle Creek Library

I found a small blue budgie this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Battle Creek Public Library on West Michigan Avenue, tucked near the benches by the coffee shop. He’s got a pale yellow patch on his cheeks, a white neck ring, and a pink leg band with the numbers 7-4-2. The little guy is in good shape, feathers clean, no visible injuries, and he chirps when I talk to him. I’d really like to reunite him with his owner—if you’re missing a blue budgie with those features, please reach out and I’ll bring him over.
