Blue hand-painted ceramic vase with gold leaf accents

I lost my blue hand-painted ceramic vase yesterday around 3pm near the Baton Rouge River Center along the riverfront walkway by the levee. It's about 6 inches tall, cobalt-blue glaze with delicate gold leaf accents, and there's a tiny chip on the rim plus a faint crack along the glaze. On the bottom you'll find the initials 'LM'—a small detail, but it's one-of-a-kind and helps ID it. This vase was a gift from my grandmother and it really means a lot to me; I’d be grateful to be reunited with it.
