Maryland state ID card, blue plastic

Baltimore Lost listing Posted 4 months ago

Description

I lost my Maryland state ID yesterday around 3:15pm near the National Aquarium on Light Street in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It's a standard blue plastic ID card, the photo of me on the left, name in white at the top, and a tiny holographic seal in the corner. The card was in my wallet when I last used it, and I must’ve dropped it somewhere along the crowded promenade between Power Plant Live and the waterfront. The bottom edge has a small coffee stain and a light scratch along the right side. This ID is crucial for work and travel, and I’d really appreciate getting it back.

How to safely get your item back

  • Request a clear photo of the item from an angle you did not post.
  • Do not pay any release, shipping, or storage fee.
  • Do not share your full address until you have verified them.
Meet in a safe, public place
  • Police stations, café entrances, transport hubs, and shop foyers all work.
  • Meet during daylight hours where there is CCTV and foot traffic.
  • Avoid private homes, car parks at night, or isolated locations.
Bring someone with you
  • Tell a friend or family member where you are meeting and when.
  • Share your live location with them during the handoff.
  • For high-value items, consider contacting your local police station for advice first.
Keep communication on lostandfound.io
