I found a black rolling suitcase around the Inner Harbor in Baltimore yesterday. It was just sitting near the playground area and looked like it had been there for a while. It has a couple of colorful stickers on it, along with a visible luggage tag that seems to be damaged. I want to make sure it gets back to its owner because it looks like it might have some valuable items inside based on how heavy it is.
