I lost my red Ruffwear dog harness yesterday around 3pm while walking my beagle along the BeltLine near Ponce City Market in Midtown Atlanta. It's a size small, bright red with reflective white paw-print patches on the chest strap, and there’s a small white scratch on the inner lining near the label.
