Rare first-edition Marvel comic, collector item

I lost my rare first-edition Marvel comic from the 1960s yesterday afternoon around 3pm. It's in a light-blue plastic sleeve and has a cream cover with red title lettering, about standard comic size. There's a coffee ring on the back and a crease along the spine, plus a tiny pencil dragon doodle on the inside page and a handwritten note 'MR-D' in the margin. This was part of my grandfather's collection and has serious sentimental value, so I’d really appreciate getting it back if anyone found it near the Fox Theatre on Peachtree Street.
