Description
I found a small green parakeet hopping around in my backyard near the Glenwood Park area of Atlanta yesterday. It looks like it's well cared for, and it even has a little red collar on. I checked with my neighbors to see if it's theirs, but no one seems to have any idea where it came from. I'm hoping to reunite this little guy with their owner soon.
