Found a bright green parakeet fluttering around a balcony in Athens, Georgia.

This bright green parakeet was found fluttering around my balcony in Athens yesterday evening. It looks well-fed and is very friendly. I believe it's someone's pet, as it keeps chirping and interacting with me. If this is your bird, please reach out so I can return it to you.
