Found navy blue leather handbag with gold hardware on a bench at Ashtabula Harbor.

I found this gorgeous navy blue leather handbag sitting on a bench at Ashtabula Harbor while out for a walk yesterday. It has gold hardware and looks brand new, but there's no identification inside. I’d love to return it to its rightful owner.
