Description
I found a blue facility ID badge this afternoon around 2:15 pm behind the Ashtabula Public Library on East Main Street, near the bus stop. The badge is plastic, about 3x2 inches, with a photo on the left and a blue striped lanyard clip, plus the word Facilities at the bottom. The name on the badge looks like 'Alex Kim' and there’s an employee number 4729. There are a couple of unique marks too: a tiny red heart sticker on the back and a small scratch along the bottom-right edge. If you’re the owner or know who this belongs to, I’m happy to hand it off at the library desk and get it back to you quickly.
