Lost dark blue insulin pen with name on it at a local cafe in downtown Appleton.

I misplaced my insulin pen during my visit to a local cafe in downtown Appleton. I think I might have left it behind on the table. It's a dark blue pen with my name on it, and it's really important for my diabetes management. If anyone sees it, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know.
