Found a healthy and friendly blue parakeet fluttering around trees by FDL Park.

I found a lovely blue parakeet just fluttering around the trees by FDL Park yesterday afternoon. It seems healthy and friendly, and it appears to be someone's pet. I noticed it when I was taking a walk along the path. If this sounds like your bird, please reach out so we can get it back home!
