I found a blue North Face backpack lying by the entrance of the student union at UW-Oshkosh yesterday afternoon. It looks in great condition and seems like it may contain some valuable belongings. If it belongs to you, please reach out so I can return it. It was found in the Appleton-Oshkosh-FDL area.
