It was tucked inside a small gray fabric case with a pink zipper and a tiny heart-shaped pull. The cap has a pink heart sticker, and the pen body has a small scratch near the dose window. This pen is essential for my diabetes management, and I really need it back—it was a gift from my sister, so it means a lot to me.
