18-inch silver necklace with heart pendant

I lost my 18-inch sterling silver necklace with a heart pendant yesterday around 4pm near Ego Alley by City Dock in Annapolis. The pendant has a tiny blue sapphire inset and a delicate sunburst engraving on the back, and the chain is a slender box chain with an 'MJ' engraved on the clasp.
