Found black tote bag with beige lining

I found a black canvas tote bag with a beige lining this afternoon around 3pm in the parking lot behind the Michigan Theater on Liberty Street. It's a roomy tote, about 14 by 16 inches, with a leather bottom and a small maple-leaf charm on the zipper. Inside, I found a navy notebook, some receipts, and a fabric label that reads 'CitySlicker.' The bag looks lightly used but in good shape.
