I lost my dog yesterday around 3pm near the Dimond Center mall on Dimond Boulevard in Anchorage. He's a medium-sized black-and-white mixed breed, about 40 pounds, with a distinctive white blaze down his face and a bright blue collar. There's a small scar on his right hind leg and a tiny chew mark on his left ear. He wears a red bone-shaped tag that says 'Scout' and has a squeaky toy attached to the collar. He’s really friendly but tends to slip a bit when excited, so I’ve been worried since yesterday afternoon. I found a pair of prescription reading glasses in a black case while I was walking my dog around Lake Hood in Anchorage. They look really nice and appear to be gently used. I've been keeping them safe, hoping to find the owner, as they must be very important to someone.
